The hotel's rooms were very cosy, clean, well-decorated, and spacious, with a lovely balcony offering views of the Alps on clear days. The service was top-notch with a very professional and welcoming staff. The location was superb, just steps away from Theresienwiese station and with convenient access to Munich Central station. The dining experience was below average with limited options, but the Neapolitan pizza was a standout. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and an excellent location.
